We, along with our manufacturers, take great care in ensuring all our products are produced to a high standard, however, on the off chance you are not satisfied with our product we will gladly accept them back under the following conditions.
In the unlikely event our product arrives damaged, we will pay the return shipping and ship the replacement product with no additional charges. Once we receive the item and noted that it is damaged, the posting cost will be refunded and the replacement product will be exchanged within 30 days from the date O’Hanlon Herbs receive it.
